Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to support our team in building and scheduling marketing emails in Klaviyo.

In Short

• Part-Time role (Approx. 8–14 hours per week)
• Flexible hours - Mountain Time
• Assist in building and scheduling approximately 7 email campaigns per week in Klaviyo
• Design email layouts that align with brand guidelines and best practices
• Segment lists and apply personalization strategies to increase engagement
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
• Collaborate with the team to align email content with overall marketing initiatives
• Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and tested across platforms

Requirements

• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
