In Short

• Responsible for weekly treasury reporting to management.
• Posting bank transactions and reconciling bank balances.
• Posting month end journals including accruals and prepayments.
• Assisting with accurate and timely closure of month end activities.
• Supporting preparation of internal financial reports.
• Verifying invoices and ensuring appropriate documentation.
• Resolving vendor and invoice processing matters.
• Timely reconciliation of vendor payables.
• Preparation of bank mandate and contact with bankers.
• Monitoring the AP inbox and addressing queries.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in accounts payable is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
