Working Student in Legal Affairs (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a curious and proactive working student in the field of commercial and corporate law to support us part-time. In this role, you will work at the intersection of law, technology, and business operations, gaining valuable insights into contract management, compliance, and the daily operations of an international tech company.

In Short

• Support in contract management: Review, analyze, and evaluate various types of contracts.
• Create and maintain legal templates, policies, and internal procedures.
• Assist in legal research on general and IT law topics.
• Collaborate with teams from marketing, engineering, sales, and operations on legal issues.
• Support strategic projects in Legal & Operations, including progress tracking and change management.
• Identify legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of internal legal processes.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in law, business law, or a comparable legal-related field.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
• Precise, structured, and independent working style with a high quality standard.
• Interest in technology law, contract law, and the intersection of law & innovation.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, international environment.
