Data Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for two Data Engineers to join our team for HR/Finance projects, focusing on data ingestion and transformation to support data-driven decision-making.

In Short

• Ingest data from various sources into Snowflake.
• Develop User-Defined Measures (UDMs) to support Snowflake.
• Create and maintain reporting views for various reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business requirements.
• Write efficient and complex SQL queries for data processing.
• Work independently with limited information and direction.
• Provide guidance to junior data engineers.
• Strong communication skills required for stakeholder collaboration.
• Must have English level B2+.
• Only applicants from Latin America will be considered.

Requirements

• Expert-level experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficient in writing efficient and complex SQL queries.
• Experience with Snowflake is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR and Finance data problems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership qualities to support junior engineers.
• English level B2+ required.
• Must be located in Latin America.
