Senior Analyst, Security Compliance - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Analyst in Security Compliance at Kraken, you will help build and operate a program designed for enterprise scale, working with a world-class Security Team.

In Short

• Lead and manage SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations under AICPA standards.
• Support end-to-end SOX planning and execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to multiple teams, translating SOX and audit requirements.
• Lead security and IT control gap assessments.
• Facilitate the maturation of IT general controls.
• Oversee audit initiatives and assess risks.
• Perform impact assessments for SOX control deficiencies.
• Implement and enhance controls monitoring.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify program challenges.
• Develop and maintain auditor-ready documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in external IT audit and technology risk assurance.
• Strong experience with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 or similar organization.
• Ability to lead compliance and audit initiatives end to end.
• Experience auditing hybrid and cloud-based environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
