Product Manager - B2B - Payments & Blockchain - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Kraken, you will focus on building the infrastructure and experiences that enable external partners to offer seamless crypto access to their users.

In Short

• Own and evolve Kraken Embed, our B2B2C product enabling banks and fintechs to offer retail crypto trading.
• Lead on/off-ramp product for web3 apps, wallets, and dapps.
• Design developer-centric API products that simplify onboarding and trading flows.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, BD, and design for secure and compliant product shipping.
• Collaborate with integration partners for successful launches.
• Shape product roadmaps using data and customer feedback.
• Navigate regulatory and technical considerations to deliver high-conversion experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments infrastructure.
• Experience with B2B or B2B2C products.
• Strong understanding of global fiat/crypto funding flows.
• Success in bringing API-based products to market.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable balancing backend architecture with frontend user experiences.
• Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and improvement.
• Passion for crypto and financial access.
