Requirements

• Must be a junior or above working toward a BS in Civil Engineering.
• Completed courses in Structural Analysis and Mechanics of Materials.
• Curiosity about Structural Engineering.
• Eagerness to contribute to teams.
• Ability to take initiative and solve challenging problems.
• Willingness to learn from others.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a normal office environment.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 15 lbs.
• Commitment to in-person attendance during training period.
