A growing California law firm is seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney who can work remotely from anywhere in the state, providing legal support in various areas of the business.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 0-3 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of contract law and corporate law is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology and innovation industry is a plus.
