Overview

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist at KoRo, you will play a key role in shaping our procurement strategy for the future, strengthening supply chains, driving innovation, and ensuring sustainable growth.

In Short

Taking strategic responsibility in sourcing/procurement
Analyzing and optimizing procurement processes
Establishing a strategic supplier and contract management system
Developing procurement controlling and analyzing purchasing key figures
Leading contract and price negotiations
Driving the digitalization of procurement processes
Collaborating with the Sustainability Team
Reporting directly to the Head of Product

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
At least 5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement
Excellent German and English skills
Willingness to relocate to Berlin
Strategic and data-driven mindset
Highly structured and organized working style
Hands-on mentality and strong assertiveness
Excellent interpersonal skills
