KordaMentha is seeking an experienced and talented senior graphic designer who can create visual representations in both print and digital, working collaboratively with marketing and other teams.

In Short

Work on a wide range of projects and media.
Obtain input from stakeholders to ensure designs meet standards.
Work independently and collaboratively on various campaigns.
Plan and produce professional photography and video shoots.
Identify areas for improvement in design processes.
Update and maintain internal databases for designs.
Adapt graphics from existing libraries.
Ensure graphic work is optimized for digital environments.
Manage other designers and provide support.
Conceptualize designs based on briefs.

Requirements

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Fluency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Excellent skills in animation using After Effects or Blender.
Extensive knowledge of design principles and techniques.
Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Experience in photography and videography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Five or more years of experience with design software.
Organizational and time-management skills.
