Overview

The Lead Shop Technician is responsible for overseeing and directing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of natural gas compression equipment while optimizing team performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
• Leadership or management certification preferred.
• Expert-level troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to work in various physical conditions.
