Overview

The Store Stock Associate at NAPA Auto Parts is responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a warehouse environment.

In Short

• Pull orders for dispatch to wholesale customers.
• Manage inventory for retail/wholesale customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and product areas.
• Adhere to safety rules and handle hazardous materials.
• Must lift and move parts up to 60 pounds.
• Operate computer terminals for inventory management.
• Work on feet for assigned shifts.
• Follow management directives for additional duties.
• Identify part numbers and line codes accurately.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the facility.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in stocking or warehouse operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Functionally literate with the ability to understand part numbers.
• Legible writing skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts.
• Capable of bending or stooping for shelf access.
• Ability to reach upper shelves using a stool or ladder.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic.
