Senior Art Director - Graphic Design - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Art Director, you’ll play both a strategic and hands-on role in shaping the visual direction and creative quality of Kittl’s template library.

In Short

• Lead the development of the template roadmap and identify creative opportunities.
• Guide visual quality and uphold design standards.
• Drive the end-to-end template creation process.
• Stay current with design trends and help turn creative goals into actionable directions.
• Support and mentor the Art Director.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Community teams for impactful creative execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in graphic design, branding, or visual content creation.
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, and composition.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and support team members.
• Comfortable interpreting creative briefs and delivering visually compelling outcomes.
• Experienced in working across disciplines and sharing ideas clearly.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
