Overview

As a Design Reviewer at Kittl, you’ll help shape the creative experience for thousands of designers. Working with our Design Content Team, you’ll expand and elevate our template library — ensuring every design inspires, empowers, and meets our quality standards.

In Short

• Review and revise designs created by other designers and the community.
• Apply relevant descriptive tags for visibility and categorization.
• Design new templates for Kittl’s library.
• Ensure designs meet publishing guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Design Content Team.
• Maintain strong communication within the team.
• Work flexible hours with core hours from 9 AM–1 PM CET.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Maximize your impact within the team.
• Participate in a structured interview process.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing various design styles.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and current visual trends.
• Experience using AI tools for design.
• Commitment to quality and adaptability.
• Strong self-management and communication skills.
