Requirements

• Extensive experience working with or within the Department of Defense.
• Leadership roles in the military, ideally within performance-focused programs.
• Strong understanding of the future operating environment and strategic DoD initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across military branches.
• Experience developing strategic plans that align military personnel with common goals.
• Background in human performance, readiness, or resilience initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
