Overview

The Freelance Trainer will conduct live training sessions for the Migration Manager Academy, collaborate with the Learning Design Team, and support participants in their learning journeys.

• Conduct and moderate live training sessions using prepared materials.
• Collaborate with the Learning Design Team to implement content.
• Act as a point of contact for participants regarding their learning journey.

Requirements

• Experience in facilitation, teaching, or conducting workshops.
• Ideally, experience in creating learning materials.
• Good understanding of HR and global recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion (DEIB) topics.
• Personal or professional experience with migration and workplace diversity.
• Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Open, friendly, and adaptable to learner needs.
• Familiarity with online tools like Zoom and Google Drive.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
