Report/Data Analyst - Remote

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI and Fabric dashboards and reports.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Build and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Ensure data accuracy through cleansing, transformation, and normalization processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
• Apply data governance, security, and best practices.
• Leverage knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Python.
• Prior experience in finance, healthcare, or e-commerce industries.
• Certifications in Power BI, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric are a plus.
