Kermans is currently seeking a full-time Builder Production Expeditor to join our team in the single-family homebuilding industry. This role involves checking work orders, coordinating project changes, and scheduling estimates, with options for a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting sales or project teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Construction-related industry experience preferred.
• 6+ months of experience with customer management software preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic math skills for order management.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
