Overview

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of day-to-day community engagement for the clients’ social media channels.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to develop strategic social media plans for clients.
  • Execute Social Media campaigns effectively, including posting and monitoring user interaction.
  • Participate in conversations and answer comments related to the clients’ brand.
  • Identify and resolve consumer issues quickly using internal resources.
  • Create social media content utilizing strong writing skills.
  • Manage budget for paid ad campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Prepare internal and external reports for clients.
  • Adapt to changes in social networks and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Lead workshops on social media for clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in social media.
  • Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Thorough understanding of social media technologies.
  • Excellent conversation skills with a history of active participation.
  • Experience in creating paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Experience building online interaction among large-scale communities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Basic design skills.
  • Organizational and Internet research skills.
