Overview

As a Welcome Team member, you’ll be the first real-life contact that KatKin customers have with our brand. Your mission is to make every cat parent feel welcome, informed, empowered and excited about their cat’s fresh meals.

In Short

• Part-time, fully remote work within the UK.
• 24hr fixed hours per week with average 4-8 hour shifts.
• Outbound calling new customers to deliver moments of delight.
