Overview

The Principal Process Engineer will provide technical leadership in GMP large molecule biologics manufacturing, with a focus on efficient process start-up and reliable operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of process/plant engineering experience.
• Experience in upstream and/or downstream manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with Delta automation systems.
• Strong collaboration and project leadership skills.
• Advanced degrees (MS, MBA, Ph.D.) preferred.
• PE certification is a plus.
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Active participation in ISPE or ASME BPE.
• Strong background in GMP manufacturing.
