In Short

• Manage and organize digital assets to ensure easy retrieval.
• Oversee the use of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, Kontainer.
• Ensure proper tagging and version control of assets.
• Supervise long-term storage and security of digital assets.
• Define access permissions for users across teams.
• Enforce standards for file formats and asset quality.
• Support collaboration among design, marketing, and project management teams.
• Monitor asset usage and provide insights for optimization.
• Provide training on digital asset management systems.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in library science, Information Management, or related field.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management systems (preferably Kontainer).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large volumes of digital content securely.
• Knowledge of metadata standards and asset quality control.
• Strong communication skills for collaborative work.
• Familiarity with architecture-related workflows is a plus.
