Overview

The Clinical Liaison serves as a regional liaison between clients and stroke survivors, supporting commercial team activities and educating healthcare providers on the IpsiHand product.

• Daily travel to partner sites is required.
• Hospital credentialing is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/sales.
• 4-6 years direct customer service experience.
• 2-4 years experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2-4 years experience in medical device or digital health sales.
• Strong communication and adaptability skills.
• Comfort with technology and mobile apps.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Commitment to product knowledge and learning.
• Ability to present information effectively.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
