SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant (Mid to Senior) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our clients. This is a permanent role which is largely remote.

In Short

• Deliver full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Ensure adherence to local labour laws and tax regulations.
• Integrate the Time Off module with HR and financial systems.
• Design and support solutions for complex business processes.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
• Document requirements and configuration decisions.
• Configure applications to meet client needs.
• Manage client relationships throughout the process.
• Train end-users on specific processes and applications.
• Maintain certifications in respective areas of expertise.

Requirements

• Relevant degree/diploma in HR/IT.
• Associate or Professional level certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• 3+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting Employee Central Core and Time Off.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document business requirements effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Must be a South African or Mauritian citizen.
