SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant - Mid to Senior Level - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our clients. This is a permanent role which is largely remote.

In Short

• Deliver full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• Ensure system compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
• Integrate Time Off module with HR and financial systems.
• Assist with system testing and post-implementation support.
• Conduct requirements and design sessions with clients.
• Document requirements and configuration decisions.
• Configure application to meet client needs with best-practice guidance.
• Train end-users on specific processes and applications.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the system.
• Maintain certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Requirements

• Relevant degree/diploma in HR/IT.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Records and Time Management.
• Ability to document business requirements clearly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a South African or Mauritian citizen.
