Overview

The Epic Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for creating analytics content for end users and third parties requiring Epic data, ensuring effective data visualization and reporting.

In Short

Create analytics content for Epic data.
Configure and test Epic-released content for applications.
Write SQL and configure Radar settings for custom metrics.
Modify existing reports as necessary.
Maintain the Analytics Catalog and metadata records.
Review peer reports for validity.
Work with subject matter experts to understand data needs.
Perform testing in specified environments.
Build and maintain data cubes and extracts.
Support innovative processes and changes within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency with SQL and analytics tools.
Experience with Epic applications is desirable.
Understanding of data structures and models.
Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively.
Critical thinking and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with AR and EMR systems is a plus.
Technical skills for report design and writing.
