Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice Processing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in processing invoices.

In Short

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any invoicing issues
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing or accounting
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Sage, preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
