Senior Manager of Growth Marketing - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and executing FOLX Health’s paid media strategy and driving growth campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, paid social, podcasts, and CTV. This role requires an experimental mindset, an ability to think outside traditional growth channels, and a passion for identifying and testing new ways to connect with our audience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing
• Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
• Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks
• Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners
• A passion for creative problem-solving
• Experience in healthcare or health tech is highly preferred
• A commitment to and passion for LGBTQIA+ health and advocacy
