In Short

• Provide clinical care to members through telehealth platform.
• Conduct synchronous video visits and asynchronous messaging.
• Focus on clinical needs of the LGBTQAI+ community.
• Evaluate and manage patients as per FOLX medical protocols.
• Participate in case studies and training sessions.
• Maintain active state NP or PA license in MA.
• National certification through appropriate credentialing organization.
• Active Federal DEA license required.
• Organizational and time management skills needed.
• Self-motivation and independence in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• Active state NP or PA license in MA.
• National certification through appropriate credentialing organization.
• Active Federal DEA license.
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community.
• Dedication to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care.
• Ability to learn new apps and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms.
