Overview

We’re seeking a temporary Operations Admin to join our Operations team at our Thame office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team, in a varied role that has lots of room to grow!

In Short

  • 12 week fixed term contract
  • Deliver operational requirements for vibrant content and customer support
  • Produce and dispatch account tool-kits
  • Distribute account equipment and manage assets
  • Follow audit/QC processes on contracts and work
  • Document working processes
  • Participate in reviewing current practices and systems
  • Represent operational team at Field Meetings
  • Use relevant software for field support
  • Complete field visits and document learning

Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Multi-tasking and deadline management skills
  • Positive reaction to change
  • Confident communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
