Merchandise Assistant - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Assistant to support 2–4 Buyers and an AVP, Merchandise Manager. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for over 50 vendors, helping to manage purchase orders, track shipments, coordinate travel, and organize internal communications.

• Support special projects as assigned.
• Full-time hours during standard business hours.
• Temporary contract with potential to convert.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software.
