Marketing & Content Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a creative and reliable Marketing & Content Specialist to join early and help build a marketing engine that can scale.

In Short

• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Write ad copy and design basic visuals using tools like Canva
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Midjourney) to speed up content production
• Track and report weekly on ad and content performance
• Document how marketing tasks are done to create a repeatable system
• Collaborate with the founder to test and refine our growth engine

Requirements

• Create content that builds trust and drives sales
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
• Experience in running social media pages and ad campaigns
• Love testing and improving systems
• Open to travel/work abroad in 6–12 months
