Senior Mechanical and Robotics Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Mechanical and Robotics Technician at JLL, you will lead the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment, supporting the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions and managing projects.

In Short

• Lead service technicians in equipment installation and repair.
• Design solutions for complex mechanical issues.
• Train and mentor service and contract technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance audits.
• Create and manage work orders with maintenance data.
• Develop training plans for technicians.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.

• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years of work order management experience.
• Associates degree preferred in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• 5+ years working with automated conveyors and controls.
• 2+ years in electrical and electronic principles.
• Previous leadership and vendor management experience.
• Experience with robotic maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment safety standards.
