In Short

• Seeking a skilled and reliable Painter for the evening shift.
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of three commercial buildings.
• Schedule: 3-11 pm.
• Execute painting projects in various areas of the buildings.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
• Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, and other finishes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff and building management.
• Keep accurate records of time spent and materials used.
• Perform touch-ups and minor repairs as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional painter.
• Proficiency in various painting techniques.
• Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass background check that includes drug screening and credit check.
