HSE Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The HSE Supervisor role at JLL involves ensuring that safety protocols are followed on construction sites, conducting audits, and providing technical support to project teams regarding health, safety, and environmental standards.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with safety plans and issue non-compliance reports.
• Conduct quarterly HSE audits and present findings.
• Log and address unsafe acts and conditions promptly.
• Prepare and submit monthly HSE performance reports.
• Provide HSE advice and support to project teams.
• Lead weekly project HSE site walks and meetings.
• Monitor incidents and ensure thorough investigations.
• Assist in reviewing HSE considerations for service providers.
• Maintain an up-to-date project HSE risk register.
• Conduct weekly HSE inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Requirements

• NEBOSH IGC certification.
• OSHA 30 Hour construction training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction safety in the Middle East.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent influencing and persuasive skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors on site.
• Experience working for a Main Contractor is preferred.
• Client-side experience is an advantage.
