Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyperson to provide reliable maintenance and repair services for our account, ensuring that our sites are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

In Short

• Perform light carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and functionality of areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain an inventory of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on projects.
• Follow OSHA and safety guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and dismantling furniture for events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Good physical stamina for manual labor.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in managing daily priorities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
