Overview

The Handyperson role at JLL involves performing various repair and maintenance tasks to enhance the appearance and functionality of client facilities.

In Short

• Repair and beautify interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform painting and minor carpentry work.
• Work on drywall, plaster, and plumbing tasks.
• Use various tools and techniques safely and effectively.
• Complete other maintenance duties as assigned.
• Work on-site in Cayey, Puerto Rico.
• Full-time position with a Sunday to Thursday schedule.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.
• Physical stamina for lifting and prolonged standing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of painting and carpentry techniques.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt techniques as needed.
• Knowledge of plumbing and basic electrical tasks.
• General computer skills.
