In Short

• Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation control systems.
• Focus on maximizing equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Responsibilities include training apprentices, maintaining control systems, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with client teams to drive MHE systems optimization.
• Monitor MHE metrics and partner with maintenance for system performance issues.
• Facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis and implement process improvements.
• Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building leadership.
• Must adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years of experience with PLC-controlled automation and robotics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with PLC programming and robotics.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Experience with electrical theory and automated equipment.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Experience with CMMS and continuous improvement mindset.
• Problem-solving skills for debugging systems.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
