• Handle airline and hotel reservations, ticketing, and itinerary changes for clients.
• Provide expert advice on flight and hotel options, routes, and pricing.
• Ensure accuracy in booking details, including passenger information, special requests, and travel documentation.
• Stay updated on airline and hotel policies, fare rules, and industry trends.
• Assist clients with any travel disruptions, offering solutions and rebooking as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Requirements

• Experience in airline and hotel reservations or a similar role within the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with airline and hotel booking systems.
• Strong understanding of airline and hotel policies, fare rules, and ticketing processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle travel-related emergencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel or tourism are a plus.
