Overview

The Senior Programmatic Manager at Jellyfish will be a key player in the APAC Programmatic team, focusing on optimizing and executing programmatic campaigns for clients across the region.

In Short

• Lead programmatic strategy and execution for APAC clients.
• Activate and optimize campaigns in DV360 and CM360.
• Manage relationships with publishers for deal negotiations.
• Ensure campaign integrity through QA and tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
• Support training and onboarding of junior team members.
• Participate in knowledge sharing across the programmatic team.
• Work remotely for up to 60% of the time.
• Focus on strategic programmatic media planning.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of programmatic media experience.
• Deep experience with DV360 and CM360.
• Experience with direct publisher negotiations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for data insights.
• Experience with verification tools and ad servers.
• Familiarity with audience strategies and data integrations.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on QA.
• Experience in the Japanese market is a plus.
