Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (native or advanced) for culturally relevant creative work.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design; video editing experience is a plus but not required.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and performance-oriented thinking.
• Passion for AI tools, design innovation, and creative experimentation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, and Canva.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
