Overview

As an Endpoint/Systems Administrator at Ivanti, you will play a crucial role in managing and securing all endpoints within our dynamic IT environment.

In Short

• Manage and optimize all endpoints ensuring security, compliance, and performance efficiency.
• Administer Ivanti Neurons and Endpoint Manager.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Support Teams.
• Oversee processes related to Endpoint Management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to Endpoint Management.
• Utilize Ivanti products to automate internal processes.
• Lead daily operations and maintenance of the endpoint environment.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint Management.
• Proficient in MDM solutions, preferably Ivanti products.
• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in scripting languages.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of DNS, IP networking, and firewalls.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
