Finance Intern (Summer 2026) - Remote

Overview

The Finance Intern will support day-to-day AP and AR activities while gaining hands-on experience with financial systems and processes.

In Short

• Full-time internship for 12 weeks (May to August 2026)
• Remote position based in Ontario, Canada
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Document existing AP workflows
• Assist with vendor management activities
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations teams
• Enter invoices into financial systems
• Maintain a centralized list of key contacts
• Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
