Clinical Therapist - PRN - Remote

Overview

This clinical position is vital to Isaiah House Treatment Center because it provides counseling, assessments, treatment planning, crisis support, referrals, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs.

In Short

• Part-time PRN position (minimum 2 hours per month)
• Work environment is hybrid, covering all locations as needed
• Travel to various locations as required
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain a client caseload following agency policies
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings
• Must communicate clearly and observe client behavior
• Requires ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Eligible for student loan repayment assistance through STAR LRP

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in mental health counseling or related field
• Current, valid Kentucky license or associate license required
• One or more years of licensed clinical experience preferred
• Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Kentucky driver’s license needed for commuting
