In Short

  • Complete record reviews on client records to identify best practice process improvement opportunities.
  • Complete data analysis of reviews and create summary presentations for communication of results.
  • Engage with internal teams to provide feedback on record review opportunities.
  • Develop and provide education on clinical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Participate in product performance audits and communicate results.
  • Perform medical record reviews to support product innovation.
  • Audit performance of key data science conditions and elements.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN) required.
  • 3-5 years experience in a clinical documentation integrity role preferred.
  • Self-starter with superb analytical and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a clinical documentation integrity (CDI) role.
  • Preferred experience as a CDI Specialist and knowledge of medical record coding.
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in an acute care environment.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Team player with a focus on client interests.
  • Travel required for meetings.
