Invisible Brands is a fast-growing, international retention agency for D2C e-commerce brands. We blend sharp strategy, premium creative, and data-driven execution to drive LTV through world-class email/SMS programs. Now we’re hiring a hands-on COO to operationalize our next stage of scale.

In Short

• Own day-to-day operations and build systems for client work.
• Run and improve operating systems across ClickUp and Slack.
• Forecast bandwidth and allocate tasks among teams.
• Document SOPs and reduce cycle times for on-time delivery.
• Set production standards and implement QA checklists.
• Build weekly ops dashboards and drive action from data.
• Hire and onboard operations roles as the company scales.
• Facilitate standups, retros, and continuous improvement rituals.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as COO or Head of Operations in a digital agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp and Slack.
• Strong capacity planning and project management skills.
• Ability to act calmly under pressure with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with e-commerce/retention is a plus.
