Requirements

• Understanding of Deaf culture and visual linguistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively and metacognitively.
• Experience with ASL grammar, syntax, and fingerspelling.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing model performance.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor.
