Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 50 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology. To support our continuous growth we are looking for a highly talented and creative UX Designer to join our team.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Product team to bring the best possible solutions to customers and users.
• Deeply understand user needs and problems by implementing user research methodology.
• Design user flows that enhance user experience and user productivity.
• Perform user testing to iterate solution proposals by incorporating user feedback.
• Incorporate product qualitative and quantitative to user centered designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
• Align technical needs and requirements with the engineering team.
• Accountability for how the final product looks like ensuring that the engineering team delivers what was exactly designed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role in the software industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, technical implementation, and user-centered design.
• Being able to create clear & crisp prototypes to share solution proposals with different areas.
• Solid understanding of user research methodology.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced or bilingual level of English it’s a plus.
