IntervAI is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup based in Vienna, building an AI-powered recruitment platform that automates early-stage candidate screening and structured interview evaluations. We help companies reach 3× more candidates, 5× faster — while reducing bias and hiring cost.

In Short

• Part-time internship position
• Work on core AI processes in recruitment
• Contribute to resume evaluation and gap analysis

• Design evaluation rubrics and benchmark models

• Internship duration of 12 weeks, with potential for extension

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or similar
• Experience with LLMs and NLP systems
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Experience with OpenAI, HuggingFace, Langchain is a plus
• Interest in HR tech and responsible AI is a bonus
