The Grants & Finance Officer at IDC is responsible for financial stewardship across its grant portfolio, ensuring compliance with funding agreements and providing financial analysis to promote efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or qualification in finance or accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in grants and finance in nonprofits.
• Ability to manage multiple grants/projects with varying requirements.
• Experience in financial administration and compliance.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
